The subscription expired and I renewed the subscription for one year and was e-mailed instructions on how to install the attached TLF file.

Executing the TLF file didn't work (even though the message I received was to the effect that the License HAD been installed).

Copying the TLF file into my TH folder didn't work.

Finally, in trying to follow the e-mail's "alternate install" option, which is: "Start TrojanHunter Scanner and click "Install License File", Enter your authorization code, which is ..." I cannot find anything called "install License File" I can click.

I've rebooted after trying all 3 of the above, to no avail.

At this point, when I open TH, it says in the preview windows:

Subscription Expired
Your TrojanHunter subscription has expired.
Click here to renew your subscription online

but I've already renewed my subscription.

When I click on Help/About it indicates the license is good through 5/1/06.

Any ideas short of uninstalling TH and trying to enter the authorization code? Nella

The latest version is Build 922. You should upgrade to the latest version.

Then try to install your license.tlf file from your email that you received with the license.tlf attachment.

Could that be the sole reason I couldn't succeed, i.e., I had build 918?

In any event, I'm going to post a feature suggestion to the effect that program updates notif. can be sent by e-mail to those who subscribe to such a list, or simply automatically be sent to all people who have current active subscritions, either way. Thanx. Nella
