My friend is an existing customer of TH. However, around 2 months ago he changed his email address. A month ago I sent an email on his behalf (from his new email address) as per the instructions in the FAQ to inform Misec.

However, this has clearly not been updated when he tried to purchase a 2 year subscription extension a few days ago. The payment went through but no licence file was received, and the retrieval page says his new email address wasn't found. I sent another email but again nothing has resulted.
