What to do?

Purchased 2 copies of TH as gifts, way back when.  Problems of purchaser being different than registered to were worked out.  Now v4.5 and subscriptions.
 
Emailed support on March 24, no response.  Now I see the blurb about "hundreds of emails" is gone.  So, do I continue to wait patiently, resend the email, or what?
