2 Year Subscription

I ordered a 2 year subscription renewal yesterday, but have yet to receive my license.
 
I used my Gmail address to order the subscription so i could archive the email for future reference. My original license was bought using my blueyonder email.
 
I have emailed twice explaining about the email and included the Kagi subscription receipt, but still no reply.
