Internet Password Manager 1.0 has the following security features:
 

  • Encryption with 256-bit Rijndael in CBC-mode
  • Newly added or edited passwords are immediately saved to disk - even if the computer reboots a second afterwards your password will still be safe
  • Passwords are encrypted with a 256-bit random session key so that memory dumping does not reveal any passwords
  • Program can be set to automatically lock itself after a timeout period (which requires the master password to be entered before the program can be used again)
  • Locking the program securely wipes all passwords from memory
