How can you secure your website even more?

Hey,

I am new to internet security and just started a small website and wanted to know if there was a way to stop hackers? Is there a way to stop hacking techniques such as Sql injection, cross-site scripting, brute force attacks, functional and navigational abuse, Http response splitting?

I am already somewhat familiar with web application firewalls and vulnerability scans, but wanted to know what else was out there.

Thanks

Hey there!

I am by no means an "expert" when it comes to security, however; I do a lot of software research for my company and I have recently come across a new approach to the problems you are concerned with.

There is a new service called XyberShield, which is behavior based and stops attacks before they happen.  Check out the site and you can view a demo and try the service I believe for free.

From what I know this seems to be a new concept for internet security, and the best part is, it is relatively cheap in comparison to products that offer similar protection!

Hope I helped some!

Hi,

Email support, you'll be very surprised how much you can do to secure your server. Magnus is actually quite the specialist in setting up defenses against all the attacks you spoke of..
