How reliable are this?

Hi guys. I am currently using a password management program (password agent). And my brother remain skeptical about the reliability of these programs.
Do you think there is a way in which my information could be stolen

It depends on the encryptation strength of the specific password manager program and how it protects its database.  Password Agent looks like it has a lot of internal protection built in.  I personally use Sticky Password and feel quite comfortable with it along with other security measures incorporated on my system and my surfing habits.  
 
-  Hardware firewall/nat router
-  NIS 2007 (Highest level of protection options)
-  TrojanHunter
-  System Safety Monitor
-  SuperAntiSpyware
-  AVG Anti-Spyware
-  IE 7 (High security level on options)
-  Windows XP-SP2 Home Edition fully updated
-  Sticky Password (High Protection options)
-  Common Sense when surfing and email.
