help regarding hacker

i have an ex relationship who seems to have hacked into my computer. i know this because she has contacted people i answer on a dating site tell them not to go out with me.
 
she has done this before. i live out of state, have norton virus and firewall and got trojan hunter for this. all updates are recent, so how can i detect what she has put on my computer and get it off. all scan show nothing.

go to computercops and ask for help detecting and removing a KEYLOGGER.
