My adware after I run a scan I have about 65 objects to reomve when I press next the deleting file wont run any suggestions.  Thanks in advance Buff

With this many objects, it is probably best to boot up in SAFE MODE, rerun the scan, and then attempt the deletions.  
 
Also you probably have several that are in "System Volume Information" folder which is the System Restore folder.  The only way to get rid of these is to turn OFF System Restore, reboot the computer, and then turn ON System Restore.

Hi there..
Buff, have you tried system defragment, also, make sure that you have the latest definitions file on your ad-aware.
And, with this many critical objects, you should try deleting little amount at-a-time.
Good luck. Btw, did you use "Full system scan"?
If not, use it..
