How is this person getting this info Huh?trojanHuh keylogger?? a high percentage of I.D. theft is from someone you know ..I would run trojanhunter and a  firewall make sure your antivirus is up todate ..
none of those are any good if you use a server and it has a trojan or someone is useing one of these http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/security/5a05/ on your computer ..you said this was a yahoo account ..becareful if you use yahoo messenger and go in yahoo chat rooms people share files in there all the time with yahoo password stealers in them..I would also run msconfig and see whats running on startup ..if you don`t know how to to this I would recommend a free program like winpatrol http://www.winpatrol.com/  to see whats running in your startup menu  and remove the ones you dont want..Dave

quik note on what I said about yahoo password stealers ..a firewall will not work on a lot of yahoo password stealers because they steal the password  through the yahoo messenger itself  ..I would reinstall yahoo messenger  any file downloaded I would save it right click and scan with trojan hunter and your anti-virus before opening
