I normally get a very clean result from my scans but this morning I received these results:  Is this normal:

No trojans found in memory

I believe all you have listed is normal.  If you don't want to see it, you can exclude the ServicePackFiles folder from the scan {in your Options}.  You can also uncheck the box which scans for ADS (alternate data streams) and uncheck the box which notifies you of files with double extensions.  Otherwise everything you have listed looks normal.  Wink
