i wish to implement a security policy that will be transparent to users, can anyone provide me with a guide detailing what products are required, i wish all staff to use the compoany proxy, and then have virus protection running on the email server. Undecided

A security policy could be a big thing. What sort of size company are you talking about? And also, what sort of platform? e.g. Windows Server 2003 running Exchange Server 2003 might have different needs to Win2k Server (and definintely WinNT, which still pops up in embedded devices like Avantis CD Servers and so on).
 
Do you just want a reading list? If so, anything by Mark Minasi and his team would be great (though it can be technical) - check out on Amazon for what he's done.
