Ethereal Software & OpenXtra Commander

Ethereal was downloaded, installed along with their OpenXtra Commander that puts an incon in the system tray. Ethereal functions fine without problems that I can see. My question is;upon OS-XP-Pro startup openextra_agent.exe a wants tcp access to the internet. Do other Ethereal Software users see openextra_agent.exe wanting tcp access as normal? Thanks to all that respond.
