Zip 2.0 Encryption Standard?

I'm doing a comparative analysis of some of the common compression programs that include encryption, such as Winzip, PKZip, and Stuffit. So far I've found the appropriate data related to each program's encryption key strength/length (i.e., AES 128, 192, and 256 bits). It is my understanding that current and previous versions of these programs used the "Zip 2.0 encryption standard". Yet my research has not produced any information as to the encryption key strength/length for this Zip 2.0 encryption standard. Can someone point me in the right direction, such as an informative website, white paper, etc.? I've already gone through the PKZip, Winzip, and Stuffit websites, as well as the NIST website.
Thanks,
Chuck
