The good thing is I never get popups - even without a popup stopper because my IE settings are pretty tight, i.e. no ActiveX, no Active Scripting, no Java etc. I do use Active Scripting, but only if it's really necessary. Anyway, thanks for the link, mozar. Smiley

Same as Buddel, it's very seldom that I get a popup. But interesting site anyway.

    SpyStopper  + Zero Popup + IESPYAD  here . Never have popups and never have to enable/disable  ActiveX  etc.

Disabling/Enabling ActiveX, Scripting, and Java stops a lot of trojans as well.  I use my Internet Zones to accomplish the changes, if I want them enabled I add them as a trusted site.

No anti-popup software installed, K-Meleon's own internal popup blockers worked a charm.

   That is the problem with these  tests .  
   "Everybody" who does pass at them  in fact doesn't need to do them ( because they use  their own browser's features or they are using others  privacy/security apps ).
   People that really have to deal with popups :a) don't know what popups  are ;b) don't know what to do against them ;c) and don't even know about these tests .
   I can only imagine that they think that  popups are just a fact of life.
