Touchdow.exe what is it?

Looking at the logfile of Ad-aware I find a program called Touchdown.exe running probably as a system32 service. Does anyone know anything about this application/service? My OS is WinXpPro. Thanks

Thanks for your offer of help! I investegated some more and found it is the internal name for a 3Com NIC software. Computing is tough enough but to have to check every nook and cranny is getting old.
