Is there a way by which I can know the owner (and his address if possiple)  of an URL in the internet, I heard that there is a website that could provide such thing... any one help!!!

Try this page and you want to do a Lookup if you have the numerical value or the www address.

actually I was looking for the POSTAL address and the name of the administrater of a URL. I think the site you gave  me provide the IP address only!!!
