Window Washer & support???

Hi !! I've just purchased 'Window Washer' of which I was impressed during the trial  I downloaded a few plugins including one for 'animation 3' but it doesn't seem to clean the recently opened images as it should do

Everything else appears fine, I've sent a msg to the support which was over 48 hrs now. I was just wondering how good the 'Window Washer' support was?

Hi,
I use windowwasher too, I never used the animation plugins before, but mostly i use it to get rid of cookies and browser history and such, But with cookies what it said was even tho it left the cookes there sometimes, they had no value so they no longer worked as cookies, but i dont know why they just werent erased.  But I went in and deleted them anyway.

the animation thing could be something different.

I don't have any problems with Windows Washer at all. What application do you use for your animations. I have to ask this. Did you download the correct custom wash file for that application. When do have Windows Washer set to wash, I have do wash at start up only.  And do use the bleach option enabled.

I was thinking of getting this program myself. I like the Plugin feature. The reviews I have read say a program call CyberScrub is the best. http://www.cyberscrub.com/home.html
