  Hello  Claire ,
 
  If you like anti-spyware programs take a look  at "SpyStopper".I have installed it today and sent a question to the support (Sunday , +/- 09:00 hours ) , conclusion : they answer me in 3 minutes  and we changed  four e-mails --- and this , as you know , is Magnus' level of support .
   The program really works .

   I really don't know . They have some differences in their GUI , have the same price , same detection capabilities and "SpyStopper" has a terrific support .

      I  did  purchase  "SpyStopper" yesterday at the end of the night . If this program  has half the capability of its support it is a bargain indeed. I am using it with the freeware "CookieViewer" from www.karenware.com --- an excellent and bug free cookie's analyser , as everything from Karen always is .
