about a year ago when my kids downloaded a trojan I knew what it was right away .. mad that my updated anti-virus didn`t catch it ..I attached it to an email and sent it to mcafee I got a reply saying that if there anti-virus didn`t catch it it wasn`t a virus  I emailed it back and told them it was.. still they disagreed ..and no up date for it ..
so after 3 months with no up date for it I changed my antivirus  ..at the same time I sent the virus to mcafee ..I also sent it to norton ..
I just scanned the trojan compressed and uncompressed with  norton and mcafee  finally mcafee caught it ..it took a year for them to  come up for with a update for it..trojan hunter caught most of it and when I sent it to magnus he repled right away and had an update for it withing a couple of days..  
keep up the good work magnus ...a year for an update from mcafee what the hell is that

A year is pretty long - McAfee only took 6 months for one I caught... Maybe they were busy that day? Grin
 
Still, that incident prompted me to 'do better' than that, which is why I've been using TH for a long time now.
