Well, probably not too much to worry about if your firewall is blocking incoming requests from this IP, I would guess. Only if the incoming requests are associated with unusual outbound requests, e.g. a trojan or unwanted application trying to "phone home" would it be a major cause for concern, so maybe worth reviewing your firewall logs/reported information for any clues they may provide on this score. Also of course worth running full TrojanHunter and anti-virus scans with the latest rulesets to see if they pick up any malware on your machine. You can probably use WHOIS to get some information about the owner of the IP, which may shed some light on the source - http://www.arin.net/whois/ If you have a port mapping utility like Port Explorer or a free equivalent, these will provide more information about any connections established plus a built-in WHOIS facility. http://www.diamondcs.com.au/portexplorer/
