Comodo firwall version 2 isn't bad but i don't think people will like it next to these longer loading times. The login process - from ctrl+alt+del until all items are clickable on tray - takes around 1 minute longer on a basic computer: to make comodo useable, they must improve this. It can help you, however, to make good control over your computer and they are trying hardly to hide all popup (allow/deny) windows from you (basic). They can also help to list dll's assigned to programs but at this feature, i think only experts are at home. Besides all, it's free and it'll remain free - sad the author at his/her home page. You can trust the company as well, that's another very good point. So just give it a try: check how much time/cpu it can eat and if that's still ok, use it . Tested on XP Pro with ADSL connection.
