Outpost not blocking traffic on Windows shutdown

It has been discovered that during Windows shutdown, Outpost does not block traffic allowing unsolicited incoming traffic to access systems for a short period of time. For more details, please view the Security Advisory at the Outpost forum.

This same issue, on my machine at least, seems to exist during Windows start-up:  Outpost appears to be one of the last applications to load.  I also note on my machine TrojanHunter is one of the first to be up and running, so it's good see I'm not completely exposed during that short interval!  Grin
