[1] Fix to items under the File menu not working on Windows 9x or Windows NT.
 
[2] Fix to problem with the "Reset Attempts Count" for the Ban List.  If you had an entry in the Ban List window highlighted and selected "Reset Attempts Count" from the right-click menu, it was resetting the counts for ALL entries, not just the highlighted entry. ... "
