I use D-Shield a lot. My ZoneLog Analyser prvides me the option to submit anonymous logfile summaries that keep them up to date about what is happening. The 'ISC' (Internet Storm Center) also plugs into their data, to give further attack analysis.
 
Never dealt with Mynetwatchman...
