  You have  now  the most  recent  rules-set  released  by  Phanth0m  , the " ARP $ v 1.0  "  ( importable ) .

  This  one   ( for me , at least )  is  an  esoteric  rules-set  indeed  but  you  can  trust  on  Phant0m's  FWs knowledge .

P.S : I  would  like  to  say  that  the  above  is  not  exactly  a " rules-set ", say they are a set of four ARP's Rules  made by Phant0m .
