Where is the TrojanHunter Scan Log?
« on: Nov 22nd, 2007, 2:32am »

Starting with TrojanHunter version 5.0, the scan logs are located in their own folder at:

C:\Program Files\TrojanHunter 5.x\Scan Reports

Tips-

1.  A scan log is automatically generated on completion of a scheduled scan (thcl.exe).

2.  When running a manual scan via TrojanHunter scanner GUI, a scan log is not automatically generated.

To save a log from a manual scan:

-  In the top menu bar of TrojanHunter scanner, click on File

-  Select Save scan report

3.  Scan logs are stored as .txt files that open via NotePad.

4.  You can obtain quick access to the scan logs:

-  Locate folder Scan Reports at C:\Program Files\TrojanHunter 5.x

-  Right click on folder Scan Reports

-  From the drop down menu, select Send to > Desktop

-  A shortcut to folder Scan Reports will be placed on your Desktop.

-  Double click Scan Reports icon on your desktop to open the folder.
