Thanks for your reply to my PM. I've given a little thought to your request for suggestions for your FAQ section in the forum, and, for what it's worth, here are some ideas:

Presently FAQs are ordered by date. I'd like to see them regrouped in 'themes', or topics. For example, FAQs such as "Procedure to Install TrojanHunter," "Procedure to Uninstall TrojanHunter," "Simplified TrojanHunter Uninstall Procedure" and others in this topic should be grouped together. Likewise, FAQ's on how to deal with the results of a scan, as with "How to Submit a File for Analysis," "Steps to Take if Malware Appears to be Unremovable," etc. should be grouped together under an appropriate theme or topic name.

Clearly, your FAQ section is meant to be a courtesy and a help for users who might otherwise email the support team to answer a question you've already addressed. If FAQ's could be ordered so that users in need of help can quickly spot the topic and their problem, the support team might well be saved the bother of 'reinventing the wheel.' As the FAQ section continues to grow--it's up to two pages now--I fear some users may not scan pages of individual FAQ's as they are grouped now.

I think that's an excellent suggestion, to partition this section into themes / topics. Would be much easier to find what we need in a hurry. Kudos to you Siliconman for all your hard work here, impressive ..
