How the Subscription License Expiration Date Works

This explains the Subscription Extension fee requirement. Pricing is not discussed herein.
User Purchases TrojanHunter for the first time.
The original license purchase provides the user full access to all TrojanHunter product updates and upgrades, ruleset daily updates (LiveUpdate), and priority 1 full product support via e-mail and/or the user forum for a period of ONE(1) year.
The Annual Subscription Extension Fee.
On the anniversary date of the purchase of TrojanHunter, an annual subscription extention fee is required to continue receiving ruleset daily updates via LiveUpdate, product updates and upgrades, and full product support via e-mail and/or the user forum.
If the user does not extend the subscription, TrojanHunter remains operational on the user system. However, LiveUpdate becomes inactive; the user is not entitled to product updates and upgrades; and product support is provided on an "as available" basis.
How to extend a Subscription?
- Open the TrojanHunter Scanner GUI
- Click on Help in the top menu bar and select Extend Subscription in the drop down menu.
- You will directed to a subscription extension web page that permits you to purchase a one(1) or two(2) year license extension.
