Adobe has posted Adobe Flasher Player 10.1 Release Candidate 1.  Be sure to uninstall the previous Flash Player before installing this RC.  
 
This version still does not support IE8 x64.  Appears to be working fine on Windows 7 x64 and Windows 7 x86 with IE8 32-bit as the default browser.
