Software for cleaning of computers

I have Windows Vista installed on my PC. What would be the best software to buy to clean and speed up my PC? I need the best registry cleaner available. Though there are many freebies offered, I am willing to pay for the best one for my pc. Can anyone suggest me the best program available for the purpose?

Personally I prefer CCleaner to clean files and jv16 PowerTools 2007 for registry cleaning on Vista Home Premium

Never heard of this software before---registrycleanfix. I use the same software as recommended by siliconman!
