detecting network spying/monitoring on my pc

Does anyone know of any software (preferably freeware) which can detect, or possibly even stop, another user from monitoring my pc? The computer is my work pc; the system is: windows xp professional- sp2, bld 2600. Our office is connected via LAN, local intranet, as well as a T1 internet connection. I'd like to detect users within my own company (i.e. LAN or intranet) - not necessarily any unauthorized users via the internet. I think they may be using SMS (?) if I understand correctly. For example, I think the office computer support person can visually see what's on my computer screen by somehow tapping into mine. (I know they have used Dameware & VNC before, but I don't think they are using either of these to access my pc.) I'd like to know when this happens. So, I basically need to know what I can do to tell when someone is spying on my computer. does any one know what software can track/alert me to this activity? thanks, kgj
