Windows Defender"s sistray icon

 Hello  ,
 
  Since  I  installed  WD  , for  three  times  , when I  started  the  machine  ,  its  icon  appeared  at  the  sistray  -  it  will disappeared  by  itself  after  some  time  or  if  I  reboot  .
 
  As  it  was  supposed  to  run   as  a  service  only  (  no  icon at  sistray  )   I'm  curious  about  that  .
 
  Anyone  has  observed  that  ?

Means it hasn't had a scan run, and starts to malfunction.. brings up that icon - click it, is it trying to warn you that you haven't run a scan ?
 
Problem lies there.. at least from my testing. It gives some error if you try to run a scan, it may have been task scheduler being disabled of course Wink

  Yes  ,  I  think  it  means  that  I  didn't  remember  to   run  a  scan  since  day  X  - I  openned  it  and  did  a  scan  and , after  that  ,  the icon disappeared .  
 
  Probably  it's  some  kind  of  users'  allert  .
