The flaw is fixed in WinAmp 5.13 released today 30-Jan-06
 
Internet Radio in WinAmp sounds awesome with 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound plug-in available on WinAmp site.  That is, if you have this type of speaker system and an appropriate sound card.   Wink
