did anyone save the default.reg patch that was available as a way to restore the original sp2 service settings... or know where i can get it?

Didn't see the default.reg patch on that page at MajorGeeks (mirror of Black Viper).
 
Am I missing it somewhere obvious, and/or could you be more specific where I could download that patch?
