This is a Security Program that filters webccontent through the use of a rules file.  I personally find it helpful and I think I announced 4.3 awhile back and forgot about announcing 4.4 Smiley
 
Right now it is funny as I have my referrer set to say it is "Netscape for Mac" and it is hiding the smilie buttons cause it thinks it is not an IE browser.  Try it yourself and see it work, and then try adding this website to the bypass list, restart Proxo, and you can see the difference.

D'ya know, I must've set something similar a few months back when I first d/l'ed Proxo - big-time fiddler, me - and I'd wondered why they'd all disappeared too!
 
Mind you, then the Forum had a make-over and for a few minutes, everyone could experience it for free!
